Rodney Atkins Performs at the 2011 Pepsi Concert Series at Magic Springs

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. -- Magic Springs Water and Theme Park presents American country music artist Rodney Atkins.

The platinum-selling song “If You’re Going Through Hell” gave Rodney Atkins his true breakthrough, while ”Farmer’s Daughter” and “These Are My People” were among chart-topping hits as well.  In addition to the overwhelming radio and video airplay, Atkins has earned the Academy of Country Music’s Top New Male Vocalist award, plus five other ACM nominations and two Country Music Association nominations. Rodney Atkins is the sixth of 12 concerts scheduled every Saturday night through August 13, at Magic Springs Water and Theme Park.

The concert is Saturday, July 2, at the Magic Springs Timberwood Amphitheater.  Concert gates open at 6 p.m.; show starts at 8 p.m.

Magic Springs will stay open an additional hour for a firework show beginning at 9:00 Sunday, July 3.  To view the full concert series lineup, visit MagicSprings.com.  The Pepsi Concert Series is free with a season pass or paid admission for that day.  Season passes are available for $69.99; general main gate admission is $44.99.  Guests can now get in after 4 p.m., with the purchase of a half-price admission ticket of $22.50.  VIP reserved seating is available online or at the park on the day of the show for an additional $10 and $5.  Visit MagicSprings.com or call the ticket box office at (501) 624-0100.
